| ok, heres an idea for all of you people that have nothing better to do than insult one another. waldo, how old are you? i'm trying to this out. they way your acting, i'd swear that your 6 years old, but the last i checked, kids arn't smart enough to get any kind of cert from cisco. as for your constant insulting of supertech, well, hes a moderator pal, you would kinda guess hes a know-it-all. if you want to engage him in a logic fight, be a little careful. his certs by far blows your cisco certs to hell. booboo, although i have to agree with some of the things you say about waldo, for gods sake, loser is an 80s thing. let it die. sandy, regaurding your post in the last thread waldo started, your one twisted individual. keep up the good work  . supertech, don't thrash waldo too hard  . as for this order of bullsh!t thing, waldo, get your head out of everquest and snap back into reality. well come to life a$$hole. people don't give two sh!ts what you think. and your constand thread posting trying to make yourself feel better about yourself every time someone seems to point out something? i've been finding a little truth in it. as booboo would say, your a loser. you have no life, no kids (not that i would want any either), your probably lacking in the male organ department, and with those wimpy certs (i know mine arn't much better, but someone needs to shut you up, and every one is just instigating this all), you probably don't even make 25,000 a year. dude, i'm probably younger than you, and my salary blows your to he!!. and thats at entry level. *shakes head saddly* you really should go back to school or something. or at least grow up. this is suppose to be a site for techs. that singles you out. bye bye waldo | |

Yes Forbesl/Waldo indeed does. The mental illness he has coupled with his addiction to this forum is an interesting combination worthy of further study from anyone interested in developing a research case study for the medical profession. | |

| LOL. Wow Waldo. I can't believe you try to contend with this stuff. booboo, quick question. I'm new to these forums, but I've read alot on him and his history with you guys. Why does he even try? Every time, from what I've read, he comes up short every time. And yes, most of what he says puts me to sleep. I truely hope he doesn't bother posting back. If I fall asleep at work, my boss will reem me a new one. He complains that you sound like a broken record, but he's even more repeditive. "booboo is sexy lexy" every time in every post. My god, doesn't it drive you people insane? | |

I don't know. As I've said, I've always tried to understand mental illness....
Forbesl/Waldo isn't your ordinary troll. Usually, direct responses simply feed them so if you ignore them, they get bored and move on. Not the case with our good friend Forbesl/Waldo. He continues to pop in and stir up trouble even when he is ignored. Although when asked if he has a plan/agenda, he states he does not. He attempts to offer some witty comeback along the lines of "I don't care what you think but you seem to care because you are replying to my post" to hide the fact that he's addicted to this second rate forum (as he calls it) and goes to great lengths to share his views with all us (even though he doesn't care and has no plan or agenda...right).
You see, Waldo is really Forbesl who is really lance who is around 40 years old, blessed with the social skills of a teenager and now thinks he is some hot shot network design engineer with a couple a Cisco certs (CCDA, CCNA) and boat loads of 'real-world' experience who had a falling out with Lexy who he was once a supporter of.
I basically got tired of reading his 'life according to Forbesl/Waldo/lance' ramblings and decided to log in under an alias account I created a while ago and see how ridiculous he could get. He hasn't disappointed has he
BTW - contrary to what the mentally challenged Forbesl/Waldo/lance would like you to believe, I'm not Lexy. If he had the talent to figure it out he would see for himself, but instead he plays around creating cute little avatars (when he's not playing with his blow up doll).
So our new game now is to ignore my postings in hopes that I will leave him alone and go away. hehehe | |

This whole post was a good one. I just wanted to comment on this part of it. You can't compare Certs and use that to judge if you know more than someone. I don't have a single cert, but I guarantee that I know more than Waldo about computers/networking. I didn't know that the Comptia certs were lifetime, and didn't want to get them until I was closer to getting out of the military so that I wouldn't have to renew any certs upon entering the civillian IT community. I could easily pass the Comptia A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, and Linux+; the MCSE, CISSP, and CCNA exams right now(I know because I have taken every practice exam that I can find on each cert, and ace most of them). Right now, being in the military, my only issue with getting certified is the time and setting aside the money for the exams. He tried to use my lack of certs as his one comeback towards me, but I honestly believe that doesn't have ANYTHING. No degree, no certs, and with how dumb he is, definitely not a network engineer. I haven't seen a single useful technical post, or even a single useful post from him since I have been on this board. If he is a network engineer, I guarantee that I could walk into the company he works for, and put him out of a job.
As for you, way to go getting your certs and making something of yourself, with a GED  I know a lot of people that got GEDs that now work factory or McDonald's jobs because people refuse to hire them. | |

I don't mean to offend you or anything, but GED is, by some sort of law, suppose to considered a High School Graduate in some odd form or another. If you know people that are working for mcdonalds because other people won't take GED, they could sue if they had enough evidence. As for me, I may have a GED, but I didn't let that stop me from getting a job at Dell. And I agree with you as far as waldo goes. If he truely is a network engineer, A six year old could go in and put him out of the job. | |

Don't take this wrong way but you sound like a snot nosed arrogant know it all punk. You by no means have any right to come off like you're something special because you work at Dell and have a couple certs. Hey that is cool, but uhhhh so does 90% of everyone else here(well minus the working at dell part, but most of us work in some IT related area)
Certs are nice but they do not always prove competency. Also judging by the way you are fall into Waldos traps I am assuming you may not be all that 'quick' when it comes to thinking.
Don't get me wrong. I am not saying I know more then you or anything, you could very well be more competent in the area but I just don't think you have been in industry long enough to have such a arrogant attitude.
