| The Cisco CCNA examination is much harder than 70-271.
For the 70-271 test, the 'Windows XP Inside Out, Deluxe Edition', 2 edition is very good and detailed. The 'Administrators Pocket Consultant' gives abbreviated information - more of a reference book. |
