| Well passed the 272 with a 840, did better then I did last Friday (something went wrong with my cert, was on question 29/40 and in the center no more then 15min when it said that I had 5min left on my exam...you do the math...lol) but who cares about that, atleast I am MCDST Certified now. | |

| Good to hear I'm studying for my 272 but pulled out last friday as I thought I was not ready. Is there any part of the exam which you feel was a must to learn subject?

I found the exam to be very simliar to the 271 exam, I found there to be more Windows XP questions then applications that use Win. XP ie: Microsoft Office, IE, Email...very few of these questions. but I would concintrate more on the appliciations those, as i did get a few questions that really made you think.
But anyway good luck on the 272. | |

| When i did the 272 i got two questions about configuring media player, which totally threw me as i had not seen this mentioned anywhere before hand! passed with exactly the pass mark, i think it was 700. | |

| Congrats. I think one of the Exam Crams books may have touched on Media Player, but I don't recall if I ran into much on my exam. It's been months, so my memory fades. | |
