| I took the 70-272 exam yesterday and passed. While I did not score as well as I would have liked to I figure a pass is a pass right???
One subject that caught me off guard was remote assistance. I had about 5 questions out of 55 on the subject. Other points of interest for the test included the Windows firewall, Outlook, Outlook Express, IE, trouble shooting network connectivity, troubleshooting office applications and install, file sharing, and NTFS permissions. Basically my test covered the whole range of test objectives.
Overall a fairly straight forward test. I just hate it though when you KNOW 2 of the answers are right and you have to pick what they feel is the “most correct.”
To study I used the Exam Cram 2 book (Make sure it is not your only source), about 2 years of help desk experience, and my employer paid for the class at Benchmark/New Horizon.
Good luck all…. Off to study for 70-271 |
