I read this book from cover to cover, took the practice exams on the CD provided by this book and I passed the exam with a 920 out of 1000 points! A practice lab of 2 to 3 PCs would be helpful but not necessary. Do not waste your money on other study materials, THIS IS ALL YOU NEED! If you want to learn and *understand* Exchange Server 5.5, then this is the book for you. If all you want to do is pass the exam, then this is the book for you too. Good luck!
